Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a contract between you and Pipeline OS (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
Pipeline OS provides AI-assisted marketing content generation and scheduling, lead capture and scoring, and sales follow-up drafting. Features vary by plan. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time; where a change materially reduces a feature you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the service.
- One account per person; workspaces may be shared only as the product allows.
4. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency shown for your country.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) may be added.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect from the next billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, using the service.
- Publish spam, misleading, harmful, hateful or deceptive content.
- Misuse connected social platforms or breach their terms (including Meta's and LinkedIn's platform policies).
- Attempt to access other customers' data, probe our systems, or disrupt the service.
- Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
6. Your content and AI output
- You own the content you provide and the posts and messages created for your workspace.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service.
- AI-generated content can be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published or sent, and for making sure it complies with the law and platform rules that apply to your business.
- We do not use your private content to train models for other customers.
7. Connected social accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn you authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, such as publishing content you have created or approved. You can disconnect at any time in Settings. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
Pipeline OS, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular sales, revenue or marketing result. Any growth figures or examples in the product are illustrative only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost data or lost business) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent UK and EU consumer protections, where they apply to you.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If consumer law in your country gives you mandatory local protections or venues, those still apply.
